Customer Support for Lost / Stolen ATM or Debit Card

If your Debit Card or ATM Card is lost or stolen and you need assistance at a time when the bank is closed, help is just a phone call away. Our Debit and ATM Card processor is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist customers with lost or stolen cards. Just follow these 3 simple steps:

Call Lost & Stolen Services at 1-800-528-2273. (If you are calling from outside the United States, call 812-647-9794 and enter 001 for the US Country Code.)

Provide the customer service representative with the necessary information so they may verify your cardholder information. This includes the bank name (which is “Bank of Upson”, even if you opened your account at Meriwether Bank & Trust or SouthCrest Bank), your name, address and daytime phone number. If the checking account tied to your ATM or Debit Card is a joint account, you will be asked to provide the name and social security number of the other individual on the account.

A block is placed on your card. Once this is done, your card cannot be used by anyone, including yourself. Please contact the bank during normal hours to order a replacement card.
